Is it wise to choose a course different from the existing background?

How good is it to migrate from business development to Business analyst profile in New Zealand from an employer's perspective, Would they accept such transition profiles?

Ans. New Zealanders by and large I think are a very fair community you know they work on principles of fairness and they're also quite innovative and open-minded about a lot of things. I mean bear in mind New Zealanders was the country that granted the voting rights to women first, legalized same-sex marriage, legalized prostitution than a lot of in the news event is quite innovative in its mindset and so employers are also quite open to suggestions and people moving transitions. I've had colleagues in the past who used to be a construction worker who then became an IT manager or did a course in IT and then went into IT one of my ex-bosses before I got into my own business was a farmer who set up technology company so there are transitions are fine so don't worry about it and you're also coming to Wintec one of our students who studied that Wintec is now working full time with us as our technology team leader.
