Ans. You're definitely eligible to apply for higher course in your civil engineering whether it's a master sort of Master of Science or MSE is a good question whether you get a scholarship or not depends on how your background and your first course and a few of the parameters, unfortunately, New Zealand does not offer a lot of scholarships at the moment but there are scholarships that come from different universities and institutions from time to time so I keep getting quite a few emails from different institutions from at different times saying we are offering this scholarship suddenly or there is this scholarship there are also some scholarships offered by the government for people from specific countries.
