My student visa is going to expire on 30th November level 7 diploma am I able to get 3 years’ work visa?
Ans. Yeah absolutely because you are and under the current you are a student right now and you'll be applying for the post-study work visa you would definitely be eligible for the three years’ work visa because the rule says quite clearly you are doing a level seven course at the moment and you're doing and if this level seven is for at least thirty week study in New Zealand which most graduate diploma level sevens are then you will be eligible for three-year post-study work visa that's what it says yeah so if your yours is a non-degree level seven qualification which is a graduate diploma and it is obviously for a minimum of thirty weeks so on successful completion of your qualification from 26 November 2018 you may be eligible for a three year open work visa so congratulations my friend it looks like you're going to get a three year work visa.
