Presently studying in MIT after three years of open work visa. What is the criteria for PR?

Presently studying in MIT after three years of open work visa what are the criteria we have to fulfill to apply for PR or can we apply for PR within these three years?

Ans. Obviously as I said the threshold the income threshold for a further visas after your post study work visa is that to be able to get an essential skills work visa you need to get 42,952$ as your salary in the year plus your employer has to prove that there are no local Kiwis and residents available for the position or if you want to apply straight for a resident visa or PR as most people call it you will need to get a salary of $50,523 and you have three years to achieve it so in these three years the moment your head fifty thousand five hundred twenty-three dollars you should be able to make a resident visa application and for that particular application there will not be a requirement from your employer to prove that there were local Kiwis or no Kiwis or local residents and citizens up or three years or more appropriate terminology if you are not able to get the $50,523 then if you are earning 42,952$ and about then you should be able to go for essential skills work visa but which normally is for three years but one point is that your employer whoever has given you the job has to prove  show advertisements and stuff saying they look we try to get local residents and citizens what we were not successful and hence we are offering the job time.
