Since the policy is effective from 26 November can we still go for level 8 course which is not long term skill for 3rd November and family will be allowed?
Ans.If you are going to apply for your spouse work visa based on a level 8 course and if you do apply for it before the declaration of the implementation of the policy from 26th November your spouse work visa application will still be looked at under the old rules the only exist the rules right now so I think it's a good point you've made so if you're coming for a level 8 course it's a good idea to launch your spouse work with an application if you're working with AJV we will take care of your course.
