Ans. Absolutely you can, no, in fact,tone of my students she came for the course in 3d animation her husband had a background in information technology he came on the spouse work visa and while she was still studying I think in the first four or five months the husband got a very good job as an IT person in a city called New Plymouth and then they applied for resident visa and they got it. So absolutely possible you should be able to do it. The answer to your question yes if your husband is coming and is able to find a job and if the job is at the right level and at the right to salary yes you guys can apply for residency.
