Can immigration New Zealand change rules before it comes into place is there possibility of a rule change before the November 2018?

Ans. New Zealand is not a banana republic which will keep changing rules the day in and day out I don't think so I think this role itself they took a lot of planning and discussion before they came out with it so they can't do it today and then change it tomorrow they are not we are not a banana republic and snow we are a strong vibrant well-managed democratic Western society and we will stick to those.
