I'm doing level 8 course and my spouse has a work visa if I get three years visa how about my spouse?
Ans. I just modified that just a higher so if you're on a level 8 course and then you get your 3 years post-study work visa your spouse also will be eligible to apply for a partnership based work visa so obviously he will also be able to get out three years’ work visa and which is what I commented yesterday and said wow it looks like there is a massive bonanza now for all students and these puzzles were already present in New Zealand so that's what it is.
