How
much time will it take to get PR?
Ans : Now
PR stands for permanent residency it can also stand for public relations it can
stand for various things but obviously in our context of this live New Zealand education
and migration discussion it obviously stand for permanent residency so the way
permanent residency works is that it's a two-stage process so first you need to
get something called your resident visa and after you get your resident visa
over the next two years you'll need to prove that you are committed to New
Zealand and you can do it in three or four different ways one thing is by
buying a house here or the simplest way is for people to stay in New Zealand
for year 1 and year 2 for a minimum of six months in the first year six months
in the second year I think it's actually our 183 days if I'm not mistaken it's
in a 183 or 184 days so if you get your resident with the first you need to
stay in New Zealand for 183 days in the first year then followed by a hundred
and eighty three days in the second year if you fulfill that commitment or if
you are like if you're water house and there are few other conditions if you
fulfill any one of those conditions then you get something called the permanent
resident visa so the difference between a resident we signed a permanent
resident visa is that the restaurant result will have an expiry date a
permanent resident visa will not have an expiry date so you can come and go out
of New Zealand as many as times as you like and sometimes it can be out of New
Zealand for years together and still be able to come back to New Zealand I also
recommend you email your CV to info@ajvglobal.com you are looking for residency well I can do an
assessment and tell you whether you qualify for the residency or not in the
first place.
