I'll answer your second question first recruitment consultants are in good demand definitely and PGDM is really like the first year of a master's so there are I think a masters would have some more papers so again it will come down to papers on that yeah have a look at the papers see what appeals to you most I know a masters looks good there no as a certificate hanging on the wall but it may not necessarily be the thing that you're looking for.
