Is
it true that post complaining level 9 course we need to be earning seventy
nine thousand dollars annually besides other requirements for claiming PR?
Ans : I
know there has been a little bit of confusion about this seventy-nine thousand
figure that came up in the news recently at the moment it's only applicable to
people who are getting jobs from someone called accredited employers although
there is a proposal that post-2020 and in front 2021 whoever is going to offer
jobs to migrants should need to be accredited so we'll wait and watch her to
see whether they will make that but I don't think it was a certainty because if
they keep raising these levels higher and higher what will happen is that the
come the country itself may not be able to meet its quota or fiscal migrants
every year because though as a country and I keep saying this in each and every
session of mine it's not just your requirement to come and get residency in New
Zealand but also New Zealand's requirement to attract the best talent from around
the world and make some of them our skilled migrants so that they stay back
here in New Zealand and become residents and permanent residents and future
citizens why so that they establish themselves here and get into good jobs earn
money pay taxes and in that process our economy keeps ticking over so I don't
think you guys should stress too much about that right now because immigration
law is a fluid and dynamic field and as it keeps changing you will to learn to do your course connections as well
and that is where people like you who have legal advisers and a licensed
immigration advisers like us in the country that's why I think all of you are
very fortunate that you are choosing to work with somebody like us because we
will continue to give you a lot of free information and adviser as these rules
keep changing our advice you will keep changing and we will tell you hey guys
right now the conditions have changed so maybe this is the other way we not
gotten you in that particular direction so don't stress too much about
something that's beyond the horizon at this stage I would say continue with
your plans because New Zealand will continue to require skilled migrants year
after year after year it is an absolute imperative for other the country as
well so we can just take you know such harsh strict strains where are our crop
of skilled migrants dries up so but at the same time we need to be selective
who we are picking who were choosing and what kind of benefits we're providing
them and that we are picking the right people so that's the waiter at the what the
cookie crumbles.
