Is mechanics will come under new rules proposed?

I am planning to do a graduate diploma level seven in mechanics will it come under the new rules proposed?

Ans : No idea like I said though if they do change the rule it might be prudent if you are planning to still come if I will prudent that to wait and watch and then take the decision if you have already started the process and your visa application is already under process then I would say continue with it.
