completing PG or master's degree do we need to write the general IELTS exam again
for PR?

if you do complete a course here in New Zealand they're going to especially at
the PG or the Masters level there will not be a requirement for you to write
the English test again because when you do postgraduate level course here in
New Zealand the Immigration Department of New Zealand recognizes that you have
the required skill of English so in many instances it won't be required again.
