When will new immigration's changes take place I would like to study level 8 post graduate diploma?

Ans : Like I said nobody knows at this point when the new immigration laws may come in or may not come in it is only a call for consultation it's a long process people will have to send their consultations the ministry has to locate all the responses go through that and they decide by that they want to change the policy or say the current policy is working fine and make just one or two small changes so we don't know Joanne at this point nobody can predict what is going to happen which is what I am saying an anticipation of what may or may not happen do not change your plans continue with your plans  and we always have the chance to stop that process even in the last minute one day before you get onto the plane also you can do that but continue with your plans guys do not keep changing thinking what may or may not happen because like I was saying before I know there was a break in the broadcast on Facebook the government will take its own sweet time you can't sit and wait forever and saying or what when will government come back none of us know so continue with the plans.
