What about the Pay rates?
Ans. Pay rates can be anything from our minimum wage which went up recently I think it is $16 something like that yeah it's a minimum wage so the minimum has to be the minimum wage legally that is and the highest can be $500 so not it depends on how good you the minimum wage is the legal weight you will get and 1650 yes that's correct. 1650 is the minimum wage it went up recently and maximum can be anything and like I said so that's the pay rates. It varies from industry to industry position to position but a good software programmer could be earning up to $100 an hour.
