I have a Bachelor in architecture five-year honors degree the two years of experience as a junior project architect and looking to study GD in construction project management still cannot decide which institute to go to Unitec or ERA Auckland or Christchurch please advise considering limit cause finding jobs part-time as well as jobs after studies and applying for PR?

All lovely background as well by the way in architecture with five years and honors degree in the two years of experience fantastic background as a hunter we are really looking forward to working with you plus you are now choosing a graduate diploma in construction project management which is great they're also adding another feather in your cap so to speak and you're going to increase the opportunity scale Auckland biggest city in the North Island Christchurch biggest city in the South Island Auckland tons of construction happening price charge tons of construction happening cost of living I think Christchurch will be slightly lower as compared to Auckland and Christchurch also much more relaxed and very cool and remember what I said with another person who asked me a question and this live chat if you are outside Auckland and you get a job in future after you complete your course you get an additional 30 points towards residency well that's a massive chunk of point self towards your eventual residency which I think is um an advantage in itself and the government as I told you is trying very hard to decongest Auckland and make more people go into Other cities and towns so if you choose Christchurch correctly aligning with that thought process of the government of New Zealand so obviously there will be some policy benefits that we'll be able to take advantage of and like I told you the biggest advantage is that you already will get 30 extra points after you finally talk towards your residency to me that's a massive advantage so I would say go to ERA beautiful campus I've been to that campus I went when it was still called CPI key which was Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology now they renamed it and called it era which by the way means the way era means the and also it kind of showing the way to day students I would recommend considering Christchurch because our eyes are fantastic institution good opportunities in Christchurch lot of construction here activity happening and I think they have a pretty serious shortage of construction workers as well so that will be mine recommendations.
