What is the future of management professionals in New Zealand as it is not in the short term skilled shortage category?
Ans. It's not possible that everybody coming to New Zealand will choose or opt for only a course that is in the skill shortage so that's something you guys will have to get over does not matter I don't come from a skill long-term skill shortage background I came with B.com owners into New Zealand and day in and day after you know a day out we get a lot of students and clients who are coming back with Thomas backgrounds and arts backgrounds and other backgrounds which are not in the skill shortage area so it's not a question of whether that particular course is in skill shortage area or not and especially in management because management is such a vast area I do believe that the opportunity was also much wider than you know in certain other areas so not being in the skill shortage area does not mean that he will not find the job does not mean that you will not get residency’s definitely scope for people from a management background or a commerce background or a business background. It is good for people who are coming for management and business courses to be able to come here with some work experience behind you because that work experience would I built up your confidence and your ability to sit in front of an employer and talk confidently and crack it,so that's the key but yeah you know as long as you get a job which is at the right level and at the right place till you won't get those required number of points to be able to make an application for address it.
