What is the minimum amendment in immigration policy for work?

Does this new amendment in immigration policy for work with a minimum have to have 79k every threshold to apply for skilled migrant resistant visa?

Ans : My wonderful friend they're not way at the perfect way it’s wonderful cop I that you continue to use some Maori word which is fantastic really proud of you so the confusion you don't guys shouldn't get too confused because at the moment that 79 K salary threshold is only for people who are getting employment with accredited employers and the policy going forward as it keeps evolving they're saying that all employers who must get accredited in 2021 or sometime going forward so we will see how the policy begins to evolve but right now there is no immediate danger because it is not touching the skilled migrant category it is only touching the accredited employer category so I don't think you have anything to worry him what but hey look that is the advantage here you have of for you know be an AJV client is that if policies change if things keep changing we will keep giving you the most latest up-to-date advice and information and tell you how we can overcome these challenges that will keep cropping up in our policies keep changing in fact there was a lot of filler hue and cry about the fact that they also raised the money for a parent category resident visa so I mean like I keep saying guys the government of any country whether it is New Zealand or in any other country is like a gigantic beast you can go hit your head against it my advice to all of you out there is there is absolutely no point wasting our energy and trying to fight against the dollar because pointless you know the government comes to these decisions after another doing their own analysis and research and they become it E's and senior people who take this decision so we just have to learn to go with the flow of these policy changes and that is where all our AJV clients will constantly have us at the moment there is no risk for the skilled migrant category hunt it so as of today if you finish if you have finished your course you're on your poster divert visa and you get a relevant job and you get 52 K salary you will still be eligible to go ahead and apply for a resident visa let's see how it keeps shaping up the going forward because the interesting claw step come out with is that all employers will also need to be accredited by the time I think the end of 2021 something like that that's what I was reading upon if that's changes we will see how we can continue to change here our advice to you but at the end of the day it does have to understand that New Zealand is a country of migrants and it was they will  ever ever do anything stupid or silly or so dramatically harsh that the entire tab gets turned off because migrants took her contribute quite significantly to New Zealand's economic growth and control growth and social growth up so also do of course the local TV set citizens and everybody else but migrants well you know by not being a very big segment of population will also contribute quite significantly and that that is quite significant in terms of what they can bring in because we have skill shortages here in New Zealand and if they are ongoing and sustained skill shortages that means that people locally here are not able to fulfill those so either the government has trained local kiwi boys and girls to in those particular areas to be able to go up and take those positions or input that talent from somewhere else and to better their international students who are out of the Ilia Ceylon and understand the ethos and culture of New Zealand and then they can fit in very well into the workplace or and again so don't worry too much about it.
